True Ultra Hi-Speed Internet - Info Needed Please

Has anybody had any experience with the True Ultra Hi-Speed 10M/1M internet package currently being offered at 699 THB + vat? I have two questions;

Is it available around the Sois just to the east of the Tha Phae Gate?

Most important, is there a cap on download usage?

I am just coming off a contract with AIS Super 3G which whilst being very reliable has a cap at 4GB download. The speed (for what its worth using on line speed testers) is perfectly usable for me at about 3 MB but after the 4GB limit download is reached it drops down to around 0.2MB which is not useful to say the least. I specifically asked at the time whether there was a limit and in fact the adverts did say unlimited. As usual Customer after contract signed service was, a smile and a shrug of the shoulders.

The fact is I really need to know if there is a download limit from someone who has/is using the service rather than rely on the word of a True employee who will no doubt smile and tell me what they think I want to hear.
