Current Status of Thailand's Cannabis Law Changes
What I find also interesting is that I keep seeing updates online from one vendor I occasionally buy from. They are still listing per gram prices for the various strains they offer, usually around 25 strains at any given time, with quantities ranging from as little as 1 gram to as much as 6 kilograms. I am not sure who would be purchasing that much now, even amounts like 100 grams (about 3 ounces) or 450 grams (roughly a pound), considering the recent changes in the law. It seems they are still openly selling quantities that would be considered to exceed a typical 30-day medical supply. I know they are now requiring a medical certificate to purchase, but I have not contacted them to ask whether they will actually sell more than a 30-day supply, meaning more than 30 grams. I assume they do, given that they are advertising prices for much larger quantities. They also started offering a few GACP-certified strains since the law changes were announced in June, but the majority of their stock still does not appear to be GACP certified. I would assume that if they were violating any laws here they would have at least stopped advertising their large quantities and non-GACP products, but that is just my speculation. -

yeah... my friend (dual Thai/US citizen) received and returned his 2024 7162 but come Feb. he was cutoff. He immediately sent a replacement and finally in May got all his missing benefits paid. The threat is real.- 1
