It is interesting they claim n this site to teach the ability to do calculations without a calculator.

I would be interested in hearing more about this area of CBT which sadly seems not to have too much status here.

For some of us older farts, that is indeed how we were taught from a very young age indeed. Is is a shame that the younger twitter brained generation can't do calculations in their heads.
