Activex Control Installation

I try to run a program (DVDr) and I have to install ActiveX controlwhen it is requested by the program. I try to install and I get the followingerror:

How can I force the installation?

Windows has blocked this software because it can’t verifythe publisher.

Publisher name is “DVRemoteAX.cab

Additional information:

Running IE 9

Window vista

Also I can run this program without any problem on my othertwo computer with ie9, one with Vista and one with Windows 7
