Khun Bob
Hi Just been looking at some of the latest offers from ebuyer.com and noticed that they have a small DVB-T receiver. As i live in an apartment i have UBC avialable altough i dont have a TV but do have a PC - so to watch TV would be great if i could plug a DVB-T decoder in and get a big range oc tv channels as i can in the UK. Questions is - is there any terrestrial digital TV channels or radio channels in bangkok or any other parts of thailand ? I know satellite is big here and to put a dish outside would be another option - alos to get a regular tv decoder for the pc would be an option too. But i am more interested in the DVB-T side at the moment... Cheers PS link to the ebuyer gadget is : http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/in...d=94486&_LOC=UK
johng
No such thing as DVB-T here in Thailand ....yet Just buy a TV and watch the UBC...or better still buy a TV and DVD player and watch some good quality TV ( ie not compressed to oblivion )
Khun Bob
Shame to hear that.... Just wondered what frequencies analog tv is transmitted on here - seem to have a feeling that it is in the VHF band as the aerials here are big... I ask this question so i know what kind of analog tv decoder to buy for the PC...
