2 Mail Accounts/ Lastpass

Featured Replies

using Firefox for gmail1 account and Chrome for gmail 2.

Using Lastpass

Used to work on both simultaneously, no interference

But recently

- I work with Firefox gmail1

- want to open Chrome gmail2 but it opens automactically the Firefox gmail1 account.

- I can't get into the Chrome gmail2 acccount

What am I doing wrong?

You need to use the Lastpass Vault to select the account to use. Gmail uses the same URL (regardless of browser), so Lastpass does not know what account to use to login with.

but gmail1 and gmail2 do have separate passwords.

Guess the solution is to use my own password for gmail2.

Or?

Or?

Or disable autologin as I already suggested (for both accounts). Lastpass should then give you 2 separate autofill options. Works fine for me with several different gmail accounts.

Thanks, that was it, I had to disable both automatic log ins , LastPass + Gmail accounts and start from scratch
