Getting Finance For Business

Hi.

Is it possible to obtain finance to start a business using property as collateral without an income. I have condo in my name in Bangkok and Gf has a house in country in her name. Gf has asked at Kasikorn and was told that income is needed as well. She does'nt work (takes care of child) and i work in U.k. Does anyone know if it's possible to achieve a loan in our situation. We have already achieved car loan using sisters income so cannot ask further. In U.K if you are going to start a business you just present a business plan and if they like it they will lend you the money. There is no income required as far as i'm aware because whilst you are setting up a business you are obviously not earning an income. Additionally you obviously finish your previous job ( an thus income ) to start your business. Is it not the same in Thailand?
