Have a house plot that measures (front) 23 metres (left side)25metres (right side)19metres (back)22 and a half metres.

Would like to know how many Talang Wah the land is and if possible what is the easy way if any to arrive at the Talang Wah.

one Talang Wah is 4 squaremeters.

so just do the math on sqm and divide on 4 and you v got the tw. tw is divided into 10ths if accuracy is needed, so 0,5 tw is 5/10 tw in a chanote

100 tw in one Ngan

4 Ngan in one Rai

so 400tw in one Rai = 1.600sqm

If I've done "area of an irregular quadrilateral" correctly your land is 486m², divide by 4 to get Talang Wah = 121.5
