Agencies

Can anyone recommend any good agencies for getting Australian visas? (PM me please).

Also, I remember checking out licensed immigration agents and not seeing any in Thailand. Will this be an issue? What exactly can they do if they aren't licensed? I have heard theres a few in BKK with good sucess rates, but just not sure who or where and how much etc?

Cheers

They cannot do anything for you that you cannot do for yourself if you are present in Thailand. They can only make sure the paperwork is completed correctly but they cannot influence the outcome in any way. Each case is judged on its own merits by the Embassy or Consulate concerned.

In general avoid any agency which claims a 100% success rate or guarantees a visa. When something is too good to be true it always is. Such an agency is either flat out lying, drops clients in mid-process at the first sign of trouble or hasn't done many (or any) visa applications.
