Does Nizoral Have A Generic Equivalent In Thailand?

Featured Replies

I get a bit red, dry and flaky from time to time, had it for years. The doc in England gave me Nizoral cream. I wonder if there is a thai generic that I can buy instead of the brand name?

I think it is called ketoconazole. But as always, double check with your healthcare professional.

Loads. Go to any pharmacy and they should sort you out.

Nora is a widely available local brand, same as Nizoral and about 40% cheaper.

nizoral (ketoconazole) is available in most of drug stores in Thai generic versions. Not expensive.

Canestan is a different drug.

Nizoral is just a brand name for the antifungal drug ketoconozal for which there are countless locally made brands. just ask for it by the generic name.

But is also an antifungal.
