Does anyone know if its possible to fly out of Thailand, get a stamp and return on same flight or near ?

Either Laos, Kuala Lumpur or any near possibilities.

I'm British and arrive with a tourist visa from a Consulate which gets 60 day on arrival and can be extended 30 days for 1,900 baht

Costs, pitfalls etc, helpfull as never done this before.

Thank you in advance.

There is no 30 day visa for UK passport holders - you either have a tourist visa from a Consulate which gets 60 day on arrival and can be extended 30 days for 1,900 baht from immigration or you have 30 day visa exempt entry by air which can not be extended except for a 7 days under consideration period for 1,900 baht.

Yes can can fly out and immediately return for a new 30 day stay.
