chrisandsu Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Hi all do not know if i am posting in the right place but was wondering if i can purchase bark/mulch in Thailand ? Or is there a reason why people do not use it due to weather or any other unforeseen reasons? Also what would Thais call it? thanks in advance for any help
Hssl Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 You can get the Thai version of bark at most gardening shops - its coconut husks.
chrisandsu Posted September 11, 2011 Author Posted September 11, 2011 thank you very much for the reply i will be looking into it
elgato Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Coconut husks should be fine. I'd advise against any other tree products, i.e. chips or bark, as they tend to attract termites.
Greenside Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 We used loads of it and it worked well until the serious rains started. Now it seems to have just disappeared
