Hi,

Question I would like a answer too;

I left a company over 18 months ago in Bangkok, it came to my attention that this company has kept my company email live and not cancelled as you would assume would happen.

Are they legally allowed to do this as the email contains my name? please advise. thank you.

You must first instruct your former employer to close the account and inform customers via email that you no longer work there. If they continue to use your name in the emails then you can either file a criminal complaint with the police or sue them in a Civil Court, or both, for committing a wrongful act to your "Right to Privacy" under the Electronics Transaction Act B.E. 2544.
