I may need to visit BNH later this week or early next week, and I was wondering if BNH is still operating or whether its medical services have been affected by the rising tide ??

Was there today-all normal, including the fees!

That part of town is still completely dry. Whether it will remain so is another matter. Also if you are coming from outside Bkk, access into and out of the city can require long detours. Check a flood map or the TV thread "where is it flooding" carefully before you go.
