I did call Preben, and he did not seem too enthusiastic about helping me.

I have also been told by a couple of Udon expats to avoid the guy.

I personally know Preben and have always found him to be professional and courteous. He has helped dozens of customers in Udon Thani. He has a solid business there that he runs with his wife
