I will be in Bangkok from mid-June to mid-July 2012 and would be interested in locating a clean, one-bedroom apartment in the Sukhumvit area (preferably in the lower sois).

Is there any way that I could rent an apartment (short-term) to avoid staying in a hotel? I've been to the area before, but I would appreciate some insight to this inquiry.

Thanks.

The trendy Condos have both the 36 sqm and 70 sq and do short term rentals in soi 13. Building is around 5 years old and 5-10 min walk to nana Bts, the 36sqm go for around 20,000bht for short term ( I think )

There is a lady who rents them out so P.M me if you want her number
