I have bought several used motorcycles in Thailand (Phuket & Bangkok) but always with Green Book. I am looking at buying another used motorcycle in Pattaya that has a Pattaya Red Tag and has been off the road for 3 years. Does anyone know what I will need to do to get a Green Book for the Bike (Bangkok)?
