Contractor List

Featured Replies

Read the forum guidelines and think this is within the boundries?

Been searching for a list (if it exists) of known Reputable Contractors, trades people, who do quality work for a reasonable price (oxymoron?)

With so many knowlegable folks on this forum who are/were trades people you must know quality work when you see it, and maybe the artisan's name?

Some folks have had success out there with their project and it be nice to compile a list from them? Word of mouth for a business as you know.

The more I read the more I become aware of keeping an eye out for cost over runs, material quality , built to what code should be, etc.. Thanks for the info.

As I am with some on this site, it seems that this is our first project on building a home from ground up in Thailand, (no inspectors) so we are at a disadvantage from the start..

I've read about the hiring a consultant, but maybe a good lead man would fit the bill?

Maybe some names of artisans's or contractors pertaining to a region.. as my friend is near Rayong.

Any leads would be appreciated, as I'm just looking to minimize the headaches in the future .

Thanks

Yes I am also looking for a reliable contractor to build a new house in the area (Banchang) any leads would be appreciated. I've just started the search, so if I find any information I will post.
