I'm after Bremelanotide (PT-141) as I have low blood pressure and pale skin, I heard this can help. Any ideas if its available in Thailand?

No, it is not. AFAIK it is not yet approved for use anywhere in the world and is still in the clinical trial stage.

And even if it gets licensed is highly unlikely to be prescribed for "low blood pressure and pale skin".

It is being investigated for possible use as an ED drug (although trials were halted at one point due to serious adverse effects) and also for possible use in ICU settings for the treatment of hemorrhagic shock.
