I've always found that wording confusing, too. A better way to put it would be "gather at 10 am for a 10:30 am start to the meeting." There is coffee, tea, sweet treats and fruit available before the meeting, so we want everyone to have time to enjoy those and chat with people before the meeting starts.

This month (December), we're not having a regular meeting on the morning of the 4th Saturday. Instead there is a Holiday party on another evening. Stay tuned for details.
