Customer Database Software

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

New To Ebay (Need to know customer datavase software)

I recently started selling on ebay and currently doing well in my 3rd month, selling 100+ niche items up to date. Since this is a homebase business im doing with my wife things are abit out of control ,emails coming from all over the world lots of packaging and handling but lucky the post office is just next door to our home.

I need to know what are the best way to store keep records of customers database, Addressees , phone numbers and etc , As you know after 30 days ebay wipe out the customer detail on screen.and there are no history of my previous customer unless you check out the feedback page and see whos your customer .

Is there any free or paid software that i can use to keep records of customer database ? im currently using Mac OS .

Thank you and hope you guys can give me an idea.

Regards

MORT

Do you need a database or would a spreadsheet not be more practical for your smallish amount of data?

Lots of free downloads for Mac on CNET.

Salesforce is worth looking at too but need to pay

Thanks :) for the lead

I'd be only too happy to design a very user-friendly, simple database for you.

However, that would be in Microsoft Access 2007; PC not Mac.

Kind regards,
