hi all

planning to buy a condo, and I need some things done.. i've heard (and experienced) some of the horror stories of getting things done in the past, and I'm hoping to find a good guy or team that can provide a quotation.

I dont have budget for an interior designer, who'll charge just for looking at the place.. i know what i want, just need someone that can do it and do it well..

wondering if there are any good ones out there, preferably someone that you've worked with or that come with some references

eye for detail & sticking to budgets would be golden.. but i might be expecting too much?

stuff that needs to get done:

- extending 2nd floor of a duplex unit

- placing a staircase

- making some built in cabinets / closets / storage space

- doing some really good bathroom - steam room, tub, shower + tiling work

location: bkk cbd area

english speaking would be great, but not a must
