House For Rent In Khon Kaen

I am returning back to the states at the beginning of March and would like to rent out my house located in Piman chol 2 village (Phase III) in Khon Kaen. The house is one storey and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. I am willing to start renting at the beginning of March, or if needed at the beginning of February. Rent is 11,000 B a month on a 6 month contract. Everything seen in the pictures is included furniture wise, with the exception of the TV and speakers. A different TV will be provided. Also, because of recent heavy rains, some of the grass has died and doesn't look nearly as green in the picture, when it was first put in.
