Can anyone tell me if my speed with TOT is half decent or as pathetic as I feel it is.    Just got this when doing your speed test

Download Speed: 154 kbps (19.3 KB/sec transfer rate)

Upload Speed: 248 kbps (31 KB/sec transfer rate)

Latency: 173 ms

I live in Khok Kloi, Phang Nga.

Pretty bad I would say, those are EDGE speeds. My 3BB Chiang Mai to Singapore test via Thaivisa speedtest.

Last Result:

Download Speed: 9220 kbps (1152.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

Upload Speed: 1050 kbps (131.3 KB/sec transfer rate)

Latency: 50 ms

This is my International speed to Germany which doesn't appear to be ISP manipulated.
