hi there, i was on the UK embassy website http://ukinthailand.fco.gov.uk/en/Bin/how-register-marriage/

and on the right hand side there is a file saying its an example file. however, when I looked at it, it said

"I attach the original of my Thai Marriage Certificate, together with a sworn translation of the same.

I have paid the Consular fee of £37 and understand that I shall be able to obtain certified copies of

the registration on payment of the appropriate fee to the General Register Office, UK."

so is there anywhere I can download the file format or can my BF just walk in the UK embassy and fill in the form there or ??

or Can anyone PLEASE send us a copy of the form so my BF can retype it and print it out?

Cheers! :)

Actually there is no need for that process from my understanding and most people from UK object to paying for it as a normal copy from Thailand is all that is required for any UK service from there reporting. Especially if you are living here would see no reason for it. You could always do later if you felt otherwise.
