March 6, 201214 yr Your best bet is with the HP Service centres http://www.synnex.co.th/services/HP_service/ but you will need Google to translate the page for you Or you can call the HP Contact Center. 0 2353 9000 2

March 6, 201214 yr Assuming you are running Windows have you went into your Device Manager area of Control Panel and "uninstalled" your USB devices/drivers and just letting Windows automatically reinstall its USB drivers...you may need to reboot to complete the reinstall. I would give it a try if you haven't tried already (I know you mentioned everything under the sun thing)...I don't think it would make your situation any worst and just may fix things. Good luck.
March 6, 201214 yr Check in your BIOS that the USB port(s) are enabled. Sometimes, things shift and can, but shouldn't, disable as if by magic. Since the settings are kept in registers, a cosmic ray it could change the state of the NVram.
