onlycw Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 Hi Guys I mislaid that Green Book and would like to sell my bike. I'll be leaving this town in a few days. And the shop which sold the bike to me found a buyer. Has anyone paid for a new GB? How much hassle & expense was it? Talking about a few grand only, how important is a book for a Thai buyer? There can be no doubt that this bike was originally bought from a Thai dealership and not as grey import. Cheers, Chris
Kwasaki Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 (edited) Go to the DLT that issued the number plate and with chassis number, engine number, if it is genuine not a problem or that expensive, apart from any back road renewal costs and fines. Edited March 13, 2012 by Kwasaki
floridaguy Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 I did it for about 600 baht if I recall, it was a couple of years ago. Take the bike to DLT for the inspection. They will have it ready in a few days, you can pick it up or they can mail it to you.
