My question was, what is legal to buy in Thailand, does all this medication affect the heart in some way, I am not taking any medication for my heart!!

What is legal and available in Thailand? Does all this medication affect blood pressure therefor affects the heart?

Only passing on what my Doc said - ED drugs do not conflict with blood pressure medications. They work in totally different ways.

"EDs" like Tadalafil and Sildenafil cause lower blood pressure by dilating blood vessels. it does not conflict with medication prescribed to reduce blood pressure, it enhances the effect of this medication. but EDs for sure conflict with medication that increases blood pressure. your doctor must have referred to your specific (high blood pressure) case.

These ED medications can and do have very serious interaction with a number of other prescribed medications.

Thanks - I should have said that the answer was to my question specifically about any conflict between taladafil and amlodipine.

The best way to avoid fakes is buy Indian generics like Kamagra. Since they are already fakes, there is not much point in trying to fake them. The Indian manufacturers sell them so cheaply wholesale that it is unlikely that anyone could make a fake any cheaper. The counterfeiters are much more likely to turn their attention to the real brand name products.

The comments that buying from a pharmacy OTC is more likely
to get you fake drugs seem to be long on moralising but short on logic. I
think it highly unlikely that a pharmacist would give the tiny percentage of
customers who buy ED drugs with prescriptions the genuine article, while
selling fakes to the majority of their customers who buy without a
prescription. Rogue pharmacists who take the risk of selling fake drugs
are likely to sell the same garbage to everyone. I think most of the
fakes are probably sold outside pharmacies. Although the profits
from selling fake brand name ED drugs may be attractive to rogue pharmacists,
it is a lot more obvious that a fake has been sold that many other drugs which
could cause repercussions from disgruntled customers. Compare for example
selling fake Lipitor which is also an expensive drug. It would take years
before customers figured out they'd been cheated and they might die of a heart attack

without ever realising what the problem was.

I have been coming to Jomtien and Pattaya off and on for four years. I have never bought fake ED drugs. I have seen them on the street and it was obvious they were fake. Viagra, Cialis, and Kamagra. There is a generic Thai version around but I can't find a pharmacy that will sell it.

If you take any of these meds after a high fat meal none of them will work. Fat blocks the medicine and that is clearly stated in the patient instructions.

This will probably mean a collapse in prices for the real stuff, but whether it will kill-off the fake market I don't know. Maybe it will mean that real viagra will be available cheaply with a prescrition, but there will always be people who are willing to pay more to avoid going to the doctors?

Before resorting to drugs I would advise those who need "chemical assistance" to seek a comprehensive medical check up.

There are many factors associated with ED but near the top of the list is alcohol and steroid abuse.

Life style issues are important --and must be addressed ----- being overweight can for example can cause problems and not only with erectile function.

I would urge you people to seek out the reason for your self confessed ED and not resort to unprescribed , illegal and most probably, fake medication.

While real noble from a medical profession standpoint, you do the same all those high and mighty people do.

Use misinformation to get your point across, you can buy the stuff in the pharmacy and there is no reason for those to be copies even if sold OTC.

I get tired of people using fake information just to get their point across, just argue on the merits of why not to use the stuff if your healthy.

You sound like those anti weed guys in the USA handing out misinformation to scare people.. Usually people do that because their arguments are not strong enough.

Top reasons for ED.. nowhere in the list what you are mentioning. Give a bit of a good reference discussion wise and ill go with you.

For the record I have no ED and dont abuse steroids or do I drink alcohol. But for a fun all nigher a blue pill can be used to go on and on and on.

As long as medicine is invented people will take it to get where they need.

My impression is that many of those using these drugs don't have ED at all to speak of. They claim it intensifies sensation.

I've heard from healthy people that take these things and their partners that it really enhances the pleasure for them. For for them it's kind-of a recreational drug.

Although it's tempting to try it, I will never use these medicines as long as I am healthy. Just the idea that I have to eat chemicals, already takes my mood away. It wouldn't risk my health on this.

Not really. Its just that ED drugs area easily available, so they use it. There are too many factors that can affect a man when he is in the spot light,...stress, anxiety, nervousness, shyness, too much alchohol. The little blue (or yellow) pill helps avoid the embarrassment. I smile when I hear those people say " I don't need it". Right. Plus the lady loves the marathon sessions as much as the man does.

Cialis is not for me. I purchased in LOS and was genuine product but ended up with extreme back pain the following day. Didn't know what caused it at first but then put 2 & 2 together. Googled the symptoms and sure enough.

Never touched Cialis since.

 

It might still not be Cialis.

When i came here i decided try out a 3some,

and the day after i had so much pain in my back so the girls had to massage me before i could get up.

I had not taken any drug.

Can i just walk in to one of thoose little clinics and see the doc and ask for prescription for ed drug (Cialis ) ..? Then i am homefree and can buy legally in Thailand and no worry's.. ore is this a little to easy thinking?
