I have been told we need 1 mill baht of capital..do we need this cash up front at once when we go get it registered.. im so clueless when it comes to things like this.. thank again guys!
March 29, 201213 yr First thing you need to do is get a lawyer then he/she will explain all you need to do including the capital part. You might get some info here but trust me you will do much better seeing a lawyer as you will need one anyways.

Plenty of threads on the requirements here on TV. Those are requirements for an extension of stay based on marriage, not a visa, and actually it's proof of income of 40,000 Baht. Also, agree with the earlier advice, consulte a lawyer, but probably even an accountant can help file the appropriate documents depending on the structure of the business.
