Hotmail Problem

Took the laptop in for a memory upgrade yesterday and today neither I or the missus can open our hotmail accounts or face book.

Everything else seems ok.

I've cleared the firefox cache,history etc but still no go.

Is it my comp or is there a problem with Hotmail today?

Update.

I got in by bypassing the 'not a trusted site' message, logged out again but still can't log in by the 'windows live messenger' box.

The 'exemption' boxes are checked in firewall settings but still no good.

Don't panic, don't panic.

The village wizz kid fixed it while I was having a leak.

I don't know what he did but it worked.
