A dentist from Australia is wanting to come to Thailand to do some volunteer dentistry work..Can you please tell me what paperwork is required.

He could apply for a temporary work permit at the Labor Office where he planned on helping, with a sponsorship letter but as he is not licensed to practice in Thailand he would only legally be allowed to work as a consultant.
