Will My Draytek Vigor 600 G Wireless Router Work In Thailand

Featured Replies

I have just replaced my router in the UK and was thinking if the old one would work over in Thailand , In Thailand my internet provider is TOT its a 6 Mb link I was wondering if my old UK router a Draytek Vigor 600 G would work , Looking at the spec of the router I see no reason why it wont work but thought I would check .Before I lug it all the way from the UK .In the my apartment I am using a ADSL-II/2 Router 300Mb WLAN TP-LINK (W8961ND) and I would have thought the spec of the Draytek would be better,Any thoughts from any body .

Cheers

Yes it will work. Whether it is better than what you already have is hard to say though. I couldn't find any reference to a 600 model. Dozens of Draytek Vigor's but not a 600.

Well the Draytek Vigor 600 G is a few years old now I replaced it with a Vigor 2710N but thought I would bring the old 600 back with me and give it a try .

Thanks again

Based on my experience with TP-Link products, I would stick with what you have. If the Draytek works, keep it as a backup.
