In Windows ME unless you have the original install disks, you can't.

If you can manage it, try upgrading to Win 2K or even XP, though the former is my suggestion.

If the machine has 128 Mb RAM and a reasonable size Hard Drive it shouldn't be a real problem. If not, try looking at the following:

HDD 40 Gb capacity Seagate, around 3000 baht

128 MB RAM (DRAM) around 2000 baht.

If it is EDO RAM you may have a problem getting bigger SIMS, but I think you will find the difference worth the effort. See if you can get an OEM copy of Windows 2K Professional, about 8,000 baht, or there may be other options available in a CD MART near you.
