Sorry TAT fair is about holiday destinations in the area.

I went to the travel show at Queen Sikirit about a month ago. It was interesting, but you really need to be able to read and speak Thai. I did get some great info on some resorts in various parts of Thailand. Ones that don't really show up on the "farang" internet radar. And they were promoting some pretty good deals also....from what I could figure out!

We went today ... my wife enquired what was what but was told that the event in the Impact Halls was not for the General Public but just for Tour companies etc. We then walked across to Challanger but were quite disappointed as the actual number of companies offering packages etc was quite small. There was a huge amout of food on sale and many displays of what Thailand has to offer though.

If anyone gets any different information please advise. But reading on Impact.co.th it is just for boni-fida buyers and sellers.

Thanks for the warning. We were planning to go there to get a good deal on holiday packages on Saturday, but will spend the time differently then.
