What happened to Kurts Formula One restaurant, and was the Bear's Den originally a farang owned pub/restaurant which later got a Thai owner ?

I know nothing of Kurts ormula 1 ....but the Bear's Den is still under English management (or it was when I last went there some 6 months ago)
