I need to get a US marriage license translated to Thai then certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to the Thai embassy here. My question is, is there a company in Pattaya that can expedite this, to get it back to me in 2 to 4 days? I'll need to take the document with me upcountry, and will only have a few days in Pattaya.

It'll already have certifications by the county court, state government, US state department, and Royal Thai Embassy attached.

There is a tranlation office opposite TOT (Telephone company) on Pattaya Klang. They will translate and send it to the MFA for you for a small fee. It is cheaper than spending the time and money going to Bangkok yourself, and a lot less hassle. I used them last year. Excellent service.
