We Would Like To Meet Some Elephants!

Featured Replies

Is there a good place to see/interact with some elephants that would not require an entire day? We would love to see some before we head south.

This is a family sites with family values please do not post about you interacting with Elephants we all understand what this means

If you have time 3-4 hours you can go to Mae Sa elephants camp, 3 rounds a day (8:00, 9:40,13:30 o'clock), nice to see, or you just go to Chiang Mai zoo for a few hours.

@harryfrompattaya - lol I kinda hope you're not joking. Is there seriously some kind of inappropriate meaning for "we want to see some elephants in Thailand?" And cmbe thanks for the advice.

Mae Sa is probably closest. See a show and take a ride for an hour or so. But if you want more interacting maybe look at one in Lampang. Might take just over half a day though.

There is a elephant camp just past the american pacific school on the road to samoeng.

Not very well known, but just as good and closer than the one in Mae Sa. Great if your in the Hang Dong area.
