Hi ttl,

Others may have better / more recent information, but I believe a wall, including labour and materials, is about 500 bt per square metre; so about 1000 bt per linear metre for a 2m high wall. I am not sure if that includes rendering (saap).

Good luck,

Mike

Locals will quote for the job, not a day rate. Have 2 building jobs going at our house now, haven't seen one set of builders for 2 weeks, rice planting. The other set have finished their rice and have been here everyday for a week.

Just ask how much for the job and part pay as they finish each piece. When you pay they will probably stop work for a day or 2 and hit the Lao Kow. Nothing is done fast here. Jim
