We found a house we like from outside, our friend ask the owner about the renting price, it was quoted with 20000 THB. Because it’s not easy to find a house for rent we decided to contact Buy & Rent Chiang Mai and give it a try.

The same day we had a meeting, they ask us what we are looking for and what is our budget limit, we say 3 - 4 bedrooms and maximum 20000. They showed us 5 houses on the same day, one nicer than the other, the funny was they also showed us the same house we already saw from outside, after we saw it inside we decide to take it, they talk with the owner and we got it for 18000.

My recommending why to use them

A very friendly team, more like a friend atmosphere not like a agency

Show us exact what we ask for, very provisional

Got the price lower for us, saved 24000 THB per year

Showed us after the contact the surrounding

Drive us to the Big C to get the first big shopping with the company car

We are happy to use their service

Last 10 homes I purchased in Thailand I never paid for a lawyer, or notary, and the seller paid transfer fees so I don't see anything special here for me

Give me a well made home at a fair price. Without their crappy old furniture that they value way over the top. That is what I want.

Then you didn’t take your own lawyer to check the papers for you, what we don’t recommend to do by self, it can go badly wrong. Many owners don’t pay the lawyer, notary (if needed) or the transfer fee, you must have been lucky.
