Good luck finding that mate as Siam has increased the transfer fee to 50,000 baht & most of the sellers are including the increase in the bottom line. The last 1 I heard of being sold was about 1 month ago . the membership still had 22 years to run & went for 260,000 baht all inclusive. You never know there is sometimes 1 that pops up that needs to be sold in a hurry.
