February 10, 200620 yr hi Soon my fiancee will be in the UK on a 6 month visa and we will be getting married of course. However my plan is to do this in Greece I know a schengen visa will be required have looked at some of the information regarding the marriage abroad where it states if you are not a British citizen then you must contact your Embassy for details of documents required? Does anybody have any idea as to what may be required and who do we have to contact in Thailand ? many thanks
February 10, 200620 yr Philbot, Albeit on a technicality, if you were to marry in Greece your girlfriend would infringe the terms of her UK fiancé(e) visa which is issued on the basis that the holder intends to marry in the UK. Scouse.
