Noob question, what requirements are needed in terms of work visas and hygiene etc if setting up a small catering/restaurant business?

Think a bit more info needed, Thai wife, no Thai wife. Where, buying or renting. are you a chief and will you need a work permit or are you going to just sit, eat and drink.

A 'Chef' would be better.

Without an idea of what the goals are, advice is impossible. Just some common ones would be 'visa', 'workpermit', 'capital', 'location', 'employees', 'supply', etc..
