Government housing authority launched 2 more compassionate housing projects in the north

The Government Housing Authority has launched another 2 large Eua_ar_thorn (เอื้ออาทร) Housing projects in Chiang Mai and Lamphun provinces, comprising 1,600 units.

The Deputy Governor of the Government Housing Authority, Mr. Theetanond Phiboonnakharind (ฐีตานนท์ พิบูลนคริทร์), said the two projects would help low-income earners and heed to the still-high public demand for housing. The project in Chiang Mai, comprising 1,342 residential units, is located in Muang (เมือง) District. The one in Lamphun is also located in the city district, and will possess 336 units.

Registration for units in the two projects will take place between March 1st and 15th, at the Meechoke (มีโชค) Plaza building at the Hor Nalika (หอนาฬิกา) junction in Chiang Mai and at the tourism service center in Lamphoon.

In the meantime, the Government Housing Authority has stated that the first Eua_ar_thorn Housing projects in Chiang Mai, which have yet to be finished, will be completed within four months as the complications involved have been dealt with.
