Where To Buy Household Uv Water Treatment Set Up?

I've priced them on the web and they are not so cheap.....$400+ for a name brand that will handle 10gpm. Just wondering if anyone knows of a local source that sells them. Can be China made if price and quality is good and replacement parts available.

makes me wonder why they are so expensive, it doesn't look like rocket science.....just a UV lite with a water flow??.

10gpm is a fairly large unit, certainly not a household sized unit. Check google, I had discussions with a company in Taiwan re UV units (not complete water treatment units) - very quick reply to my enquiry with good back up and advice, unfortunately I have removed the reference / detail so can't give you any lead into this.
