Hi,

We are living in Bangkok at the moment. We are thinking of moving to Rayong in the near future and are looking for an shop-house or lock up shop to rent. I have looked on the Internet with no luck. So my question is does anyone know of any smallish property's to let? If so it would be good to here from you.

Well Rayong is a big province, where are you looking for?

As good a place as any is DDProperty.com, heres one plucked at random from their site,

http://www.ddproperty.com/property/%E0%B9%83%E0%B8%AB%E0%B9%89%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%8A%E0%B9%88%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%A3%E0%B8%B7%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%82%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%A2%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%84%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%A3%E0%B8%9E%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%93%E0%B8%B4%E0%B8%8A%E0%B8%A2%E0%B9%8C3%E0%B8%8A%E0%B8%B1%E0%B9%89%E0%B8%99%E0%B8%84%E0%B8%A3%E0%B8%B6%E0%B9%88%E0%B8%87%E0%B9%83%E0%B8%99%E0%B9%82%E0%B8%84%E0%B8%A3%E0%B8%87%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%A3%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%A1%E0%B8%B7%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%87-511607

The cheapest I have ever witnessed was a single storey shop house for 1,500 baht per month,

if you head out towards Hat Mae Rumpheung I have seen signs for about 4-5000 per month.

The best thing you could do is hit the road and drive around, can be there and back in a day.

Rayong is huge, you have asked how long is a piece of sting in a way !!!

After saying that, I have seen heaps of new ones built as well in that province as I drive around. I suggest you have to spend a couple of weeks there with a Thai asking around and following up leads.
