My all time favourite car that I owned transam and which ticked all the boxes was the metallic blue, with light beige leather interior, BMW 530i.

Never got the chance to fly a Cadillac or a Chevvy.

My chum had a BMW 850 CSi V12. Nice car, major electrical problems but nice car. Would you believe my old Pontiac scared him shitless, me too. laugh.png

You can't beat cubic capacity trans.

Quite what Formula 1 is doing next season with turbocharged lawnmower engines, I don't know.

Aah. A weapon of subtlety and finesse. A bloody great flame thrower buried in a trench in a cornfield in Northern France.

One German shell and it's fckd.

These highly motivated Cambridge graduates need some bloody common sense.

Don't know too much about the Battle of the Somme trans.

Wiki says The battle is notable for the importance of air power and the first use of the tank.

Looks like technology is helping us eh. Missiles that can be guided through an opening the size of a door.

And drones.

No need anymore to sacrifice a million troops.

Somme 1916.

VietNam 1966.

Rice fields and napalm.

Technology will help us going forward.

Park the V12 flame throwing gas guzzler.

Subtlety, finesse, diplomacy.

Definitely airbus but not the 330.

Cargo to be sure but not Tampa air.

I will leave this open for a week to see if anyone can get it.

Cheers.

You think this will last an entire week?.... I am still on it.thumbsup.gif I'll have another go soon.

A week, again? Smoochie also gave me a week, today. Let me give you a hand....coffee1.gif

Thijs looks like a 55-er Caucasian-type.

Anouk looks like a 45-er Bossy-type. --- She's handling the Canon EOS and Thijs is NOT ALLOWED to touch it. Poor chum...

I dont' really care if it's not that funny. It gave me a chuckle, that's all that matters..

Yep.

Nice one Dance.

I thought it was a Nikon but...close.

So, SingleSpot, any thoughts on Smoochie's cargo plane? I am aiming for a correct SPOT by tomorrow night.

I'm thinking the Cargo todger is a 763, those look like roller donks and I wanted to say Qantas Cargo before she got her arse spanked...

Not many airbus cargo vans around, despite the catalog...

I thought Tamper was spot on.

But I'm not very good with cargo. More of an ass man.

Leave it with me.

Hmmm... Not so sure about Ms September... She's a bit of crumpet all right... Jus something that's not doing it for me... I'll defer my final verdict to the Honorable Member for Nong Khai...

:P

Yes. But would you turn down the opportunity to tamper with her cargo?

Nobody's tampering with my cargo, I ain't doing a Schapelle Corby for no tea and crumpets...

Though, if I was to supervise her maintenance, I'm sure there'd be no qualms...

:P

Ok Bruce. Let's hope there's a few Castlemaine XXXX's on board.

Might have to dump the girl though.

Oh stewardess, I'd rather have Singha Light... That XXXX is for those flying down the back...

Ach du lieber! Ze RAF! (RCAF in this case)

When my Dad had done his bit for Britain as a Flight Lieutenant on Dakotas over Europe he went to Canada to train Canadian navigators.

Used to love reading his log book.

(Going on holiday with my Dad was like a military exercise. Weather, coordinates, old maps that seemed as though they were printed on papyrus.....

If you wanted to drop a paratrooper on one rai of land in Holland in the middle of the night, in a storm, with anti-aircraft fire and enemy planes at 2 o'clock....the old man was the man.

A hint then.

The photo was taken within the past six months. still a current operator.

Cheers!

You are breaking my balls, here, smoochy..

Smoochy

I think this is a common UPS cargo airbus . Judging by the angle the 2nd picture was taken, the entire brown coloured part in the back of the fuselage was hidden.

and if you needed picking up, he'd be there too.

Played football and cricket for London Schoolboys trans.

Born left handed. In those days teachers insisted you wrote with the right hand.

So he learned to kick a football with both feet and bat equally well either side.

Class act.
