Samui Mermaid .... perhaps? Beach side a bit more expensive but across the road cheaper....

There are loads available in that price range. Your best bet is to have a scout around yourself and you'll find somewhere easily at this time of year

1.Rooms above the 7/11 on the ghost rd/ Bang rak jct.

2.The Orange building a few meters away.

Friends have used both without complaint.
