These ultrasonic bird/insect/rodent repelling devices have very mixed reviews and the consensus seems to be that most only work for a short time if at all. The idea is compelling but I've always put them in the snake oil category. If you get good (lasting) results, please let us know.

Any other suggestion as to how to keep pigeons away?

I can't remember how I found this: Stopbird A few people I know have used them and they said it worked.

I had a look at it but I guess it isn't suitable for a sundeck at a pool, as it is a paste.

And I'm sure the company is in dire need of graphic designer for their website as it took ages to load each page. biggrin.png

Well, the pages loaded fast enough, but I'm still trying to decipher the sales message:

"You benefit by using spray paint or islands where the birds live. When birds are flying into touch gel. Will create a nuisance. And the need to move or fly away. While the meat of the gel will stretch a thin line. Like gossamer. Served as wing and tail into thousands. This eliminates the shortcomings of birds. Resulting in loss of balance, birds in flight. This way. Birds can not adapt to back into and destroyed a residential sources and cutting the life cycle of the birds. Made homeless birds. And must be transferred to another source.(In addition. Can also be used to scavenge.Prevent and resolve interference from animals such as insects fly Mod cockroach wasp bee mine to copy cats, but monkeys have also lizard motor)." blink.png

Is it a sticky goo that birds get on their feathers? And it works with monkeys and monitor lizards???
