I love the last 2 pics from Samiujimmy. I think when sunset pics have big chunks of blackness they are not tooooooo easy on the eye. But when foreground has detail too it is so much better a pic. I guess the timing of sunset/sunrise pics is critical. But what do I know. Many sunset pics are half blackness and interesting red sky. Seeing foreground gives context. But only my humble opinion brought on by liking Samuijimmy's pix.

Thanks for the comment Pawneese... when I was uploading some of my images from Picasa yesterday, half of them hung in the transfer .... it took a while to retry to get them to upload,...

Maybe these have too much black... so hope your eyes will survive!

Brilliant pix. Shame I cant get up early or get myself to beach early evenings. Better buy better camera first. Def better pix when not bug chunks of black, these last 2 confirm it again. Thanks.
