Does any one else have the problem of images not opening to a larger size ...? .....

I have noticed this a few times lately... most work fine, but a few don't this one did not!!!

It opens for me. I've been told to keep my images no wider than 1024 pixels. I'd prefer to post larger, but hey-ho.
